WARSZAWA RADIOWA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Since its establishment, OJL Group has been committed to integrating with the local market in Poland and working on projects with Polish Clients. As part of this activity, OJL Group, in cooperation with Studio Deco Architects’ Office, took part in the construction of a residential complex in Radiowa Street in Warsaw.

The project included:
– Construction of 5 new multi-family, five-storey residential buildings with an underground car park, of 10,000sq.m of usable residential area
– Rebuilding of 8 existing four-storey multi-family residential buildings
– Modernisation of external space, i.e. roads, car parks, green spaces and playgrounds

The construction works were completed in 2017.
