HOTEL EUROPEJSKI WARSAW

In cooperation with Sud Architectes Polska, OJL Group realised the refurbishment, extension and modernisation of the Europejski Hotel in the central part of Warsaw.

The owner of this nineteenth-century building, which is considered an architectural pearl of Warsaw, planned to modernise the building and create a five-star hotel with restaurants and luxury boutiques on the ground floor. Another two floors, hosting class A offices, were added to the building. Moreover, the 4 underground levels will house a spa & fitness centre, car parks and technical rooms.

The investment was commissioned in 2017.
