Moreover, OJL Group participates in obtaining access to public roads. Finally, at the stage of establishing the work schedule, OJL Group works in cooperation with the city's Departments of Architecture and Building, analyses Urban Spatial Development Plans and ensures the optimisation of the clients' projects regarding construction law.
Our company guarantees the coordination of the entire investment process, from the very start of the project to the obtaining of the Occupancy Permit.
To make our services even more comprehensive, we organize calls for tenders on behalf of our Clients and provide technical support to the Project Owner during commercial negotiations with contractors. We are also present at the signing of contracts for the execution of works.
