ROYAL CANIN HEAD OFFICE

As part of its cooperation with Royal Canin, OJL Group took part in constructing the company’s new head office in the Niepołomice site in Poland. The building, with a total area of 1,200 sq.m, includes a large open space, individual offices, conference and meeting rooms, a staff cafeteria and a fitness area.

The specificity of this project lied in finding and implementing energy-saving solutions, such as: earth-air heat exchanger, water source heat pumps (including wells on the Investor’s plot), intelligent lighting system with solar-control blinds, etc.

The project was commissioned in 2014.
