GRYF SHOPPING MALL

The Carrefour Group, one of the world’s leading hypermarket chains, develops not only by building hypermarkets but also by creating entire shopping malls. Fibat participated in this process with the construction of a new Gryf shopping mall located in Strugi Street in Szczecin. The mall was opened in 2007. The site is located on a 7-hectare plot and includes a petrol station and a building with a usable area of 19,000 sq. m, including:
– hypermarket with a surface area of 9,000 sq. m
– shopping mall including 40 stores

On behalf of Carrefour, OJL Group also participated in the construction of a shopping mall in Rybnik, as well as in the refurbishment of a shopping mall in Kalisz.
