TCHIBO SHOPS

OJL Group supported the development of Tchibo, a German multi-branch chain store, in Poland. Located in Targówek shopping centre in Warsaw, the 150-sq.m shop was opened in 2008.

Difficulties with managing such an investment and construction site result from the fact that the facility has to operate during the daytime and the works have to be carried out at night.

Consequently, the organisation of the construction site and the method statement must take these requirements into account.

OJL Group also took part in construction of other new Tchibo shops in Poland: in Manufaktura shopping centre in Łódź, M1 shopping centre in Kraków, Trzy Stawy shopping centre in Katowice, Klif and Galeria Mokotów shopping centres in Warsaw, among others.

OJL Group was also involved in extending the existing Tchibo shops in Poland, for instance at Nowy Świat Street in Warsaw.
