SONATA RETAIL PARK

After a period of constructing large shopping centers in Poland’s main cities, Investors have turned to cities of lesser economic importance, in order to create retail parks with a smaller area, adapted to the needs of local customers. OJL Group participated in this development through construction of new retail park Sonata, located in Warszawska Street in Sochaczew, on behalf of a consortium joining Carrefour Group and a Polish developer.

The facility was commissioned in September 2014. The facility is located on an area of 17,000 sq. m and includes a 6,000 sq. m commercial park, which comprises 11 medium-sized retailers.
