BIAŁOBRZEGI RETAIL PARK

After a busy period of construction of large shopping centres in the biggest Polish cities, Investors became interested in cities of lesser economic importance in order to create smaller retail parks tailored to the needs of local customers. OJL Group participated in this development by building Noviny retail park located on Krakowska Street in Białobrzegi, on behalf of a local Polish developer.

The facility was commissioned in mid-2016. It is located on an area of 4,500 sq.m and includes a commercial park of 1,000 sq.m of usable floor area which hosts 4 medium-sized boutiques.
