BELLE RIVE CLINIC, AVIGNON

OJL Group supported the Client during the extension of the Belle Rive Clinic located in Avignon, France. The works were completed in 2017.

The extension consisted of adding a new three-storey building of 800m2 to the existing clinic. The new building includes:
– ground floor with parking space for 6 cars
– 15 rooms on 2 floors
– 4 offices
– common rooms for residents

The extension also consisted of enlarging the existing car park (8 spaces for passenger cars) and building an access ramp.

During the works, the existing clinic had to operate, so it was necessary to adapt the organisation and safety of the construction site to the imposed conditions.
