OJL Group accompanied Annemasse Agglo company in creating shell-and-core offices dedicated to business incubators. This project included 15 offices to rent, that range from 15 to 25sq.m, according to the following division:
-Offices for business incubators – 290sq.m
– Shared reception area, meeting rooms, corridors, technical rooms – 200sq.m
– Coworking area – 100sq.m
