ALINEA FURNITURE SHOPS

OJL Group supported Alinéa in setting up a new shop in Alpha Park Retail Park in Clayes-sous-Bois (France). The investment involved a fit-out of a 10,000 sq. m sales area and an ancillary area (warehouses, offices, social rooms, etc). The shop opened in August 2012.

OJL Group took part in extending other Alinéa shops in France, for example in:
– Saint-Etienne Villars, where 4,500 sq. m of sales area was renovated, the building was extended by 2,400 sq. m on two levels and a car park with 400 parking spaces was built
– Le Pontet, where 6,000 sq. m of sales space was renovated, the building was extended by 3,000 sq. m on two levels and a car park with 250 parking spaces was built
